Sensei John Mitchell
“Mr. John” has been training in the Martial Arts since he was 17 and in college. He has studied Japanese and Okinawan Karate, Judo, Ju-Jitsu and TKD. His studies continue in Ju-Jitsu, weapons and for his 5th degree rank in IsshinRyu. He is a sanctioned referee for the Texas Karate League and a respected official at many North Texas tournaments. He is the proud father of four and 2 grandchildren.
Sensei Jason Fernandez
Jason Fernandez is our Instructor of the Lil Dragon's program, specializing in working with kids between the ages of 6-10, after working with the FWISD for 3 years in the Lights Out Program. He is currently studying for his Shedan Rank in IsshinRyu. Mr Fernandez continues to compete locally, and is a board member on the SMART Tournament Organazation in Fort Worth.
